When you have concluded your membership on our website you always have 14 days to revoke your membership. If the membership remains unused during these 14 days, the withdrawal is free of charge. If you did use the membership during this period, BigGym may charge a pro-rata membership fee (from the activation of your membership to the day of withdrawal, including any registration fee).
